SHIPPING

We can only ship within the continental US. Shipping fees will be applied at checkout. In-store pickup or home delivery within 5 miles of the store is always free. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 3-5 days of shipment. If you need expedited shipping please select one of the UPS options available to you when checking out.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING VIA UPS:

— UPS 3 Day : $25

— UPS 2nd Day Air: $45

— UPS Next Day Air: $75

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).  If you have any questions or concerns, please call us during business hours before placing your order 913.362.3030.

Please note: Orders shipped to PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

ONLY full priced clothing may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase.  After 14 days all sales are FINAL.

Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached.

Clique Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise.

We DO NOT accept returns on the following: approval items, belts, footwear, gloves, handbags, hats, hosiery, home accessories, jewelry, lingerie, MerSea products, outerwear, pjs, sale merchandise, scarves/wraps, swimwear, special order merchandise, trunk show merchandise and wallets.

A return authorization must be obtained and requested immediately after receiving your order. Items approved for return must be received by Clique within 14 days of your purchase. To request a return authorization, please email us at info@cliqueboutiquekc.com. Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original packaging if possible, and ship via your carrier of choice to Clique Boutique, 6951 Tomahawk Rd, Prairie Village KS 66208 ATTN: WEB RETURN. Please write your return authorization number on the outside of the package. We will not accept packages without a visible return authorization number. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
